BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The quote sent is not binding and is valid only subject to availability of the indicated rooms. If, before confirmation and payment, the rooms are sold out, the quote will no longer be confirmed. The reservation becomes binding for Hotel Saint Tropez only upon receipt of the payment receipt and following written confirmation from the hotel. The balance of the payment and any additional charges is due upon check-in using the following methods: cash, check, debit card, Visa or Mastercard. CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be communicated by sending an email to [email protected]. EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event of early departure, Hotel Saint Tropez snc is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay, unless different and subsequent agreements have been made with the hotel, especially in cases of force majeure. MINORS: Minors under 18 staying at the hotel must be accompanied by their parents, teachers, or other duly authorized adults. Hotel staff may request documentation identifying adults as authorized persons. INFANT POLICY: Infants up to and including 1 year of age are considered free if they do not require a bed and sleep in their parents' bed. A cot, if requested, has an additional cost. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: The room is available to guests from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. PETS: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. PARKING: The outdoor parking lot is unsupervised and available free of charge subject to availability. Parking is not guaranteed. RATES, VAT, AND TOURIST TAX: Booking rates are specified during the booking process and include use of the swimming pool, air conditioning, LED TV, safe, Wi-Fi, an empty mini-fridge, and VAT. Rates do not include extras, drinks, or the tourist tax. The "Half Board" rate includes breakfast, dinner, and beach service at our beach club located in the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area (1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs per room included in the price, sun loungers not included). The "Room Only - Non-Refundable," "Room Only," "Bed & Breakfast," and "BeSafe Rate - Prepaid Holiday with Insurance" rates do not include beach service; you can view our privacy policy by clicking here.
